From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. Not only were we greeted with a warm welcome and fresh scones, but we were also pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had everything we needed for a delicious breakfast the following morning. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even helping me locate my lost wallet which I had feared was gone for good. the ironing facilities were top-notch, allowing us to look our best for a night out in town. the heating was perfect, keeping us cozy during the chilly evenings. Overall, the hotel exceeded our high expectations in every way possible, and we cannot wait to return for another relaxing holiday.
